Nature Retreats

Nature Therapy is a single-day retreat in a private section of the forest. The day is the perfect combination of Psychology and Nature therapy… using metaphor to guide the therapy and the healing of nature to soothe the nervous system and deepen the emotional experience. Widening the window of tolerance and increasing a sense of internal resilience. The day aims to deepen your journey of self-discovery, and awaken in you new levels of understanding, emotional and spiritual engagement, compassion, connection, nurturing and healing.
